Pre-Vacation Exhaustion

Feeling extremely sleepy and a bit overwhelmed. Six weeks ago I was really doubting that I could pull off all the work that needed to be done to make this trip happen, but it seems as though it's done! I don't think I'll relax until I get on the plane with a pill, the orange paisley blanket that my energy healer, Vigie, gave me, and a cocktail!

The kids (Jason, Laszlo and Jamie) all left today for Sweden and Josh is on his way via London. I leave from JFK on Monday around 5:30, and arrive Tuesday a.m. in Stockholm - to 75 degrees and sunny all the time (kind of like Portland).

Sean is booking the last bit of our accommodations for Bangkok - hopefully we'll stay in the gay 'hood - what could be better. :) And he's working on his sets for Maison in KL.

Getting Ready

The countdown to our trip has begun. We can't believe it is here after almost a year of planning. Sue is packing for this trip AND the trip with SWiSH for EuroPride in Stockholm. She'll be leaving on the 28th for that leg of the 2008 World Tour, returning to NYC on the 3rd and then leaving with Sean for Tokyo on the 4th. More to come, but we wanted to share the blog with you, so you'll be able to follow along as we traverse the other side of the world. Peace, Sue and Sean.
